After earning her Master’s, Cristina began her career in the lending sector, helping clients secure residential funding — a foundation that gives her unmatched insight into the mortgage process and makes her an especially knowledgeable advocate today.
Over the years, Cristina has guided everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. As a past investor herself in Brooklyn and Queens, she is passionate about the growth and development of these boroughs, while her Long Island roots keep her deeply connected throughout Nassau County.
Fluent in Spanish and German and an active member of both REBNY and LIBOR, Cristina leads Perch Society with expertise, intention, and heart.
